Leadership
Or in other words. . .“What
your job is all about!”
An interactive talk for Managers and Leaders
Question: When did you last consciously
do something in order to boost somebody’s performance at work?
Does this matter?
Well, we hire people to increase the success of our business, so aren’t
we interested in getting the highest levels of performance we can from
them?
If you had a capital asset operating at only 70%
capacity, what would you do?
It is estimated that when we hire someone we only get
70% of their capability, the remainder is negotiable! Lets agree that
some of your staff are going way beyond that, and on average, they are
achieving 80% performance levels. That means they could achieve another
20% more performance than they are currently giving.
