The key objective and challenge that parr marketing
was presented with, was for the management team to become more creative
and dynamic without diluting their focus and to deliver this through
the proactive management of their respective teams.
Having created the
environment for this to be achieved in the first phase of their program, parr
marketing, the management
and team development specialists, then facilitated the process
and the approach which was drilled down into the management of
the business and in particular the people.
The management team took on
the challenge of becoming less reactive and more proactive with their
team members and transferred the individual coaching delivered for them
into formulating personal goals and objectives for their people.
The whole
process was encapsulated in a strategy and mission for the business to
work “smarter rather than harder” with
the management team setting an increased budget and profit target for
the year.
The result was that the team smashed their budget
and profit targets by producing a record year with in excess of £177k
net over the increased profit target.
The coaching program enhanced the
level of focus throughout the team on “smart goals and objectives”.
Emphasis
on facilitation and coaching enabled the team to drive realistic and
more cohesive initiatives.
