Application for a permit to purchase cooking fats and margarine for cooking purposes must be made to Wolverhampton food control office.

Two forms will be issued. One of them is for bakers and confectioners and similar trade users, who purchase supplies of cooking fats.

Everyone who bakes cakes and pies for sale must have this form.

The other is for cooking fats and oils and applies especially to fish friers.
